RICHLAND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES May 12, 2009 MEMBERS PRESENT: Kevin Kreger, Supervisor Daniel Preuss, Treasurer CALL TO ORDER: The regular meeting of the Richland Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Kreger at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge to the Flag. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by John Gudaitis, second by Christine Beckrow, to approve and file Minutes of April 14, 2009 as written. Unanimous vote. Motion carried. BILLS: Motion by Daniel Preuss, second by Christine Beckrow, to pay the bills as listed, total of $93,261.71. Roll call vote Gudaitis, Yes; Frederick, Yes; Preuss, Yes; Kreger, Yes; Beckrow, Yes. (5) yeas, (0) nays. Motion carried. REPORTS: Motion by Brian R. Frederick, second by Daniel Preuss, to receive and file the following written reports: Financial/Transaction, Police/Fire, Library, Park, Planning and Township Manager’s. Unanimous vote. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. OLD BUSINESS: ROAD PROGRAM: Motion by Daniel Preuss, second by Christine Beckrow, to amend the 2009-2011 Road Program to include (3) three additional miles of Chip and Seal. Unanimous vote. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS - CORRESPONDENCE: Written correspondence was received and filed. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments and questions were received and answered. ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Brian R.
